You will organize work methods, manage Foremen and craft workers, maintain client relationships, and uphold drawings, specifications, and workmanship. Travel includes project sites and fly-in/fly-out rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Foremen, laborers, and craft workers
- Organize work methods, assignments, schedules, and cost control
- Manage contract administration and client meetings
- Review change orders and monthly job cost updates
- Mentor Junior Superintendents and complete project turnover plans
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of construction experience
- Three-plus years in superintendent or leadership capacity
- Infrastructure project experience preferred
- Strong leadership, safety, negotiation, planning, and contract administration experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
