The work combines operations leadership, stakeholder partnerships, change control, safety oversight, and strategic support for Project Managers. Ganotec serves heavy industrial clients and self-performs civil, structural steel, mechanical, process piping, and electrical disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee major industrial construction initiatives and project objectives Advise Project Managers on business strategy and company alignment Manage change control processes and mitigate project risks Approve deliverables and verify quality and contractual commitments Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles affecting project momentum Requirements:
Degree in engineering or a related discipline Minimum six years’ progressive construction industry experience Experience managing large-scale industrial projects Leadership of multi-million dollar contracts and comprehensive scopes Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Bring industrial construction leadership, project controls, and stakeholder expertise to Ganotec’s travelling senior management team across North America.
