This Deputy Manager role supports the manager across daily nursery operations. You will build family relationships, work with outside agencies, and guide the nursery team. The position requires leadership experience within a nursery setting and a Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manager with all areas of nursery operations
- Help ensure the nursery runs smoothly each day

Requirements:
- At least Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS requirements and practice
