You will be Keycafe's go-to storyteller. Our product solves a real, everyday problem for dealerships, hotels, property managers, fleets and facilities teams, and our customers have great results to share. Your job is to turn that into a steady stream of clear, credible communications that build our brand, support sales and keep our customers informed. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to write, can juggle many projects and is comfortable working closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership. We are a small organization that operates globally and you will be asked to think creatively and take on other projects as needed such as running a podcast. We are also launching several new products that will require building a new set of communications tasks to industries new to the organization.
