This is a rare opportunity to own a $6M business unit end-to-end — P&L, people, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. As General Manager, you're not a passenger in this growth story; you set the destination and drive it.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional team spanning sales, customer success, and operations, with full accountability for hitting revenue and margin targets in a high‑trust, fast‑moving environment. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, partner closely with product and finance, and serve as the face of this business unit to clients and stakeholders. We need someone to run a business — not just a function — and who thrives when ownership is total and the scoreboard is clear.

How You'll Contribute

  • Own the full P&L for a $6M business unit — revenue, cost, margin, and growth targets
  • Define and execute an annual operating plan aligned to KEV's broader growth strategy
  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross‑functional team of 10–20 across sales, CS, and ops
  • Drive new logo acquisition and existing account expansion through strong go‑to‑market execution
  • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key clients and district partners
  • Partner with Product to prioritize the roadmap based on BU‑specific customer insight and commercial opportunity
  • Report BU performance to the executive team — pipeline, retention, NPS, and financial metrics — with clarity and candor
  • Identify operational gaps, build the processes to close them, and hold the team accountable to using them
  • Represent the BU internally and externally — at industry events, in prospect conversations, and in board‑level updates

Who You Are

  • You are a Management Consultant from a top tier firm or you've held full P&L responsibility for a business unit or division of at least $5M in revenue — you know what it feels like when every dollar is yours
  • You've led diverse, cross‑functional teams and have a track record of developing the people around you, not just the numbers
  • You're a commercial operator: you understand pipeline mechanics, retention economics, and what makes a GTM motion actually work at scale
  • You communicate with executives and customers alike with confidence, clarity, and no spin
  • You build structured operating rhythms — QBRs, forecast cadences, team rituals — and you make them stick

Bonus: experience in edtech, Payments or any mission‑driven vertical where the stakes feel real.
