Associate Manager, Operations in Ottawa

What you will do:

• Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates (7-12).
• Ensure that all customers are receiving top-level service and that service levels are met.
• Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.).
• Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one-on-one communication.
• Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy.
• Manage and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development.
• Ensure an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies.
• Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy.

Total Rewards: CAD $73,900.00 - $95,700.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
