Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and technology contracts Support intellectual property strategy development Advise on government contracts and funding agreements Review export controls and government flow-down requirements Maintain legal procedures, manuals, and compliance protocols Requirements:
JD or LLB with Ontario licensing or eligibility Five-plus years of relevant legal and compliance experience Expertise in export controls and international trade law Canadian CGP and United States ITAR/EAR expertise Privacy and data protection experience Apply legal judgment, negotiation strength, and trade compliance expertise to Kepler’s global space technology operations and partnerships.
