This director role guides Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform. You will shape go-to-market strategy, improve Proof of Value conversion, and support enterprise platform selling. The work spans Stream, Edge, Lake, Search, Cribl. Cloud, and emerging AI and agentic telemetry use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers
- Design recruiting, enablement, career pathing, and retention strategies
- Champion AI and automation across pre-sales workflows
- Partner with sales leadership on quota and consumption targets
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and executive presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five-plus years' experience
- Customer-facing pre-sales leadership experience at a software company
- Experience leading SE Managers through platform-selling motions
- Experience supporting complex, multi-year enterprise deals
- Ability to travel approximately thirty percent
