As a District HR Business Partner, you'll report to the Recruitment Manager and partner with store management to deliver effective HR solutions that align with KENT's values and goals. Your role will leverage relationship-building skills and business acumen to drive recruitment and associate engagement initiatives throughout the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with store management on recruitment and onboarding
- Support Recruitment Coordinators in hiring processes
- Anticipate recruitment needs with District Manager
- Conduct HR administrative tasks and special assignments
- Participate in job fairs and community recruitment events
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business
- Relevant HR experience or equivalent education
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong prioritization and results-driven skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
