Reporting to the President, this Outside Sales Representative develops business across distributors and end users. The position focuses on sales objectives, customer relationships, quoting mold development through production, and industry outreach. Technical understanding of injection molding tool development supports customer discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt new business through cold calling and lead generation
- Manage and grow the North American customer base
- Quote business from mold development through production
- Track sales and create growth action plans
- Attend trade shows and manage territory sales calls
Requirements:
- Ten years of B2B sales experience
- Business or engineering post-secondary education, or equivalent experience
- Technical understanding of injection molding tool development
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid passport, driver's license, and willingness for 80-100 travel nights
