About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to join a large corporate talent acquisition team supporting a variety of corporate business functions. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established organization, managing full-cycle recruitment activities while partnering with hiring managers and providing strategic recruitment consultation.
You will join a collaborative team of nine recruiters and support approximately 30 active requisitions across multiple corporate departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities
- Provide recruitment consultation and market insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate background checks and hiring processes
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience working in both: Corporate/In-House Recruitment and Recruitment Agency Environment
- Proven ability to provide recruitment consultation and hiring advice to business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary education

- Experience with Workday
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Power Platform skills
- Basic Excel reporting and analytics experience
- Experience recruiting within large, enterprise organizations
