You will troubleshoot and maintain high-speed production equipment while cooperating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. This position emphasizes safety and quality, demanding strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair high-speed packaging equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
- Respond to and resolve production breakdowns
- Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Assist with fabrication and welding services
Requirements:
- Experience in food or high-speed manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with automated production machinery
- Welding, fabrication, and machining experience
- Independent work capability in a team setting
