Drive corporate development at Kavenex through strategic planning, capital raising, and commercial modelling across a cross-vertical corporate role. As Corporate Development Manager, you will partner with leadership on long-range planning and lead M&A and partnership initiatives. You will support fundraising, corporate planning, strategic partnerships, and deal execution through rigorous modelling. The role spans finance, marcomms, legal, and external affairs. Key Responsibilities:
Support long-range strategic planning with the leadership team Develop and lead M&A and partnership initiatives Target investors and build capital-raising materials Manage investor meetings, diligence, and fundraising close Own corporate and commercial modelling for planning and deals Requirements:
Five to ten years in corporate development or strategy Experience at a startup, scale-up, VC, PE, or IB Comfort across capital, commercial, and corporate functions Strong written and verbal communication in high-pressure situations Entrepreneurial, adaptable, humble, and quick to learn Bring strategic thinking, fundraising expertise, and clear communication to Kavenex’s corporate development and energy initiatives.
