Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
- Prepare working papers and financial analyses
- Review banking, accounts payable, and receivables
- Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies
- Monitor property-level cash flow requirements
Requirements:
- CPA designation or 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with property management systems preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
