Senior Backend Engineer building SaaS systems with data, machine learning, and AI capabilities for Kaseya’s global IT platform. This hands-on senior or staff role leads backend architecture and technical direction across product areas. You will create scalable systems, integrate ML and AI into customer workflows, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams. The work includes reliable, user-facing features and stronger engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:
Own architecture for backend systems within multi-tenant SaaS platforms Design REST, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs and services Deliver data modeling, business logic, and system integration Improve performance, scalability, and reliability across critical services Lead reviews, mentor engineers, and advance engineering practices Requirements:
10 or more years of production software engineering experience Backend SaaS systems design and development experience Experience delivering complex features with Product teams Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure Production experience integrating data, ML, or AI capabilities Apply senior backend expertise across SaaS architecture, APIs, cloud systems, and AI-enabled product workflows at Kaseya.
