Lead process quality engineering at Kardium, applying root-cause analysis and non-conformance expertise across a two-shift manufacturing operation. As Process Quality Engineering Team Lead – Operations, you will manage Process Quality Engineers supporting Catheter/Introducer sub assembly processes. You will investigate quality issues, disposition non-conforming products, and advance rework activities. The role connects Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance while supporting Kardium’s Globe® Pulsed Field System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Process Quality Engineers across operational and project work
- Triage, prioritize, and schedule quality engineering activities
- Investigate and disposition non-conforming products and materials
- Drive systemic product quality investigations and improvements
- Monitor and report product quality trends and process performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering
- Mechanical engineering background preferred
- At least eight years’ technical engineering experience
- Experience with non-conformances and failure investigations
- Knowledge of statistics, SPC, FMEA, and process capability
- Apply technical leadership, quality investigation, and process improvement expertise to Kardium’s medical device manufacturing operations.
