This supervisory role directs paper machine, stock preparation, and support crews across assigned shifts. You will execute production plans, address process and equipment issues, and maintain customer, safety, environmental, and company requirements. The position also coordinates mill crews during nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute paper mill shift production plans and targets
- Direct paper machine, stock preparation, and support crews
- Coordinate nights and weekends mill site crews
- Respond to safety, environmental, security, and production issues
- Prepare shift documentation, logs, reports, and work orders
Requirements:
- English spoken and written; French considered an asset
- College diploma in industrial management or related field
- Three to five years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
