The position suits a graduate of an Electrical Engineering Technology program or equivalent. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs across equipment, buildings, grounds, and associated systems. A valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent is required, along with English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on papermill equipment and associated systems
- Repair equipment, buildings, grounds, and related systems
- Work during department shutdowns as required
- Complete weekend duty when scheduled
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent education
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Spoken and written English proficiency
- Bilingualism considered an asset
