Guide provincial and national athletes while supporting coaches and safe training. Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club seeks a full-time Head Coach for its Provincial, High-Performance, and National Team programs. This senior leadership role reports to the President of the Board, supported by the VP Technical. You will shape training programs, coach athletes, mentor staff, and support technical direction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced training programs for provincial and national athletes Conduct practices, drills, choreography, and athlete evaluations Plan annual programs, training schedules, and competition calendars Recruit, mentor, and evaluate recreational and competitive coaches Maintain participant safety during training and events Requirements:
Recognized National Federation Rhythmic Gymnastics Certification Strong knowledge of FIG Code of Points Minimum five years coaching competitive rhythmic gymnastics Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills Vulnerable Sector Police Check completed after January 1, 2026 Bring rhythmic gymnastics expertise, leadership, and program planning skills to guide athletes and coaches at KRSG in Ottawa.
