About Kameleoon

Kameleoon is an A/B testing and experimentation platform used by marketing and product teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations. The company has more than 250 employees across seven countries and is expanding its presence in North America. Our remote-first North American team is based primarily in Ontario.

The role

You will own the pipeline from first touch to sales handoff. Your work will focus on generating qualified leads through paid and outbound channels, nurturing them in HubSpot until they are ready for sales, and running targeted campaigns on priority accounts. You will work closely with the sales team and report on performance against clear KPIs.

You are driven by results and take ownership of your numbers. You are comfortable picking up the phone and following up by email until you get an answer. You check your data and KPIs daily and act quickly when something moves. You prefer testing and iterating over waiting for a perfect plan.
