Lead safe, organized construction sites as a Foreman with Kalamoir, coordinating subcontractors, quality checks, and Procore documentation. Travel across Alberta is required. Kalamoir is a Calgary-based General Contractor and Developer working across residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects. The Foreman coordinates site resources and subcontractors under the Site Superintendent or Construction Manager. This position supports schedule control, contract compliance, safety, quality, and site documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety standards for staff and subcontractors
- Coordinate subcontractors against schedules and contract documents
- Complete milestone quality control checklists
- Attend and document weekly subcontractor meetings
- Maintain Procore journals, photos, deficiencies, and as-builts
Requirements:
- Strong site safety and hazard awareness
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Clear communication and delegation skills
- Comfort with Procore documentation tools
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Bring construction coordination, safety leadership, quality verification, and digital documentation skills to Kalamoir’s Alberta project sites.
