- Monitor and facilitate supervised exchanges

- Prepare welcoming environments for visits

Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education with some social services coursework
- Two years of relevant experience
- Understanding of trauma-informed practices
- Conflict-management and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic First Aid certification is an asset
