In this advanced nursing position, you will report to the MOSH Manager and collaborate closely with the outreach team. Your role involves assessing and addressing the health needs of street-involved individuals through direct care and program-level consultation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outreach nursing services to homeless individuals

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the region
- Experience in community or outreach health
- Knowledge of harm reduction frameworks
