- Serve as shift leader overseeing all security functions
- Lead incident response and document actions taken
- Ensure compliance with operational and documentation standards
- Handle scheduling, training, and performance assessments
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in security
- Relevant post-secondary education an asset
- Proven conflict resolution and incident support skills
- Certification in First Aid Level C is mandatory
- Alberta Driver's License required for this position
