Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist individuals in a caring manner
- Provide harm reduction education and supplies
- Respond to emergencies and support safety
- Connect visitors with health care and cultural resources
- Complete required documentation efficiently
Requirements:
- Relevant training or experience (1-3 years)
- Knowledge of mental health and substance use issues
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Current first aid and other relevant certifications
- Understanding of community resources in Winnipeg
