Requirements:
- Smart phone savvy for use during shifts to clock in and out and take visit notes.
- Complete a criminal record check.
- Consistent job performance & attendance, our clients can rely on.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanour and respectful attitude.
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping meal prep tasks.
- Home support worker certification preferred (but not necessary).
- Flexible availability.
- Previous caregiving and or elder care experience.
- 1 personal reference.
Bonus: if you have your own car and you can drive!
Caregiver Tasks Include:
- Meal prep planning.
- Housekeeping (including laundry).
- Personal care hygiene (ex: showering assist).
- Medication routines.
- Client errands.
- Dementia care.
- Quality time companionship.
- Assistance with client pets (dogs, cats).
