Lead paid media strategy remotely across Canada, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics to grow education and consumer brands. As Paid Growth Lead, you will own client paid growth programs from strategy through execution. You will manage campaigns, budgets, creative testing, and performance analysis while reporting to the Group Director of Paid Growth. The work includes CRO recommendations and strategic thinking about customer acquisition cost and lifetime value. You will serve senior stakeholders and connect execution with measurable client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Three to six years’ relevant experience or equivalent skills Campaign strategy and budget planning experience Google Ads and Meta Ads proficiency Campaign optimization and Google Analytics knowledge Client-ready communication and project management skills Bring paid media strategy, campaign optimization, analytics, and client ownership to growth programs serving leading brands.
