Our client seeks a Proposal Specialist for its Water Treatment division and its engineering, manufacturing, and water treatment expertise. You will manage proposal development from client requirements through technical and commercial presentation. The position connects technical, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored water treatment solutions
- Interpret RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for compliance
- Coordinate technical and commercial proposal contributions
- Write, structure, and review complete proposals
- Monitor schedules, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum seven years in proposal coordination or technical writing
- Experience in water treatment, engineering, or industrial projects
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Availability for occasional client and project-site travel
