Key Responsibilities:
- Develop capital markets strategy with executive leadership
- Raise capital across project, portfolio, asset, and corporate structures
- Lead underwriting, investment analysis, and sensitivity reviews
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, and long-range planning
- Present financing recommendations to the Investment Committee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 15 years of progressive finance experience
- Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or distributed generation experience preferred
- Experience structuring project debt, tax equity, or comparable capital
- Advanced financial modeling and risk-adjusted return analysis
