This full-time Marketing team associate reports to the Digital & E-Commerce Manager. You will connect customers, retail locations, and internal e-Commerce teams while supporting website sales. The work includes order requests, issue resolution, product availability, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer general customer service and website-related inquiries
- Support customers by phone and email in both languages
- Resolve order changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, and adjustments
- Coordinate customer issues with internal teams and stores
- Manage concerns and complaints professionally and effectively
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- One to two years of customer service experience considered an asset
- Strong written, verbal, grammar, and spelling skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
