Joy And Grow Therapy is seeking a dedicated Supervised Instructor Therapist to work directly with children and youth facing developmental challenges. This role involves delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and fostering personal growth through tailored skill-acquisition programs. You will collaborate closely with a Registered Behaviour Analyst to ensure effective implementation of treatment strategies and observe client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy under RBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment and skill-acquisition programs
- Collect session data and maintain clinical documentation
- Prepare therapeutic materials specific to client needs
- Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD clients
- Knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach in client interactions
