As Building Automation Systems Manager, you will oversee infrastructure across critical facilities portfolios and the flagship R&D centre. Your work covers controls engineering, system optimization, commissioning, and vendor partnerships. You will guide automation engineers, calibration technicians, and controls specialists while supporting operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BAS operations across assigned critical facilities
- Oversee calibration schedules, standards, and documentation
- Manage technical teams through guidance and development
- Coordinate commissioning and retro-commissioning projects
- Maintain vendor relationships and controls service contracts
Requirements:
- Five or more years in BAS, controls, or facilities technology
- Experience managing technical teams, projects, and vendors
- Expertise with Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of calibration, instrumentation, and quality systems
- Ability to interpret control drawings and system architectures
