Owner Relations Technology seeks an Implementation Manager to lead its Implementation team while contributing directly to customer deployments. You will oversee configuration, project planning, data preparation, troubleshooting, and handoffs to Support. The role serves customers using software for property managers and hoteliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations from pre-sale planning through launch and Support handoff
- Manage workloads, coaching, training, performance guidance, and escalations
- Review requirements, scope, timelines, risks, data, and configuration
- Guide complex configuration, data preparation, troubleshooting, and escalations
- Improve processes, documentation, templates, standards, and customer experience
Requirements:
- Five or more years in SaaS implementation or related services
- Two or more years leading technical or customer-facing teams preferred
- Strong Excel proficiency with large datasets and data validation
- Working knowledge of SQL, CSV, and flat file formats
- Strong English communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
