Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline Minimum eight years’ progressive manufacturing quality experience Three to five years’ leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements Experience with Minitab and structured problem-solving tools Apply automotive quality leadership, customer relations, and digital manufacturing expertise to Johnson Electric’s Mississauga plant.
