As an HVAC Account Executive, you will sell service offerings, pursue new business, renew agreements, and expand solutions within targeted accounts. The work centers on understanding customer goals, positioning service agreements, and improving building performance. You will manage relationships with Directors, owners, and owner representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners
- Build long-term relationships with target and managed accounts
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Position renewable, multi-year service agreements for managed accounts
- Develop service and retrofit opportunities improving building performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum six years of progressive field sales experience
- One year selling HVAC or building automation service
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence account decision makers at key levels
