Key Responsibilities
- Heavy Machinery Operation: Safely operate excavators, backhoes, and other heavy machinery according to project needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, especially around overhead wires and underground utilities, to prevent accidents and ensure safe work environments.
- Project Execution: Execute excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations efficiently to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project flow and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Class A Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in operating heavy construction equipment.
- Deep commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Class A operator license or certification.
