  • Track quality trends and report results to operational leadership.
  • Serve as Point of Contact for all branches when specific horticulture/landscape-related questions cannot be solved at the branch level
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and Operations teams to continuously improve field execution, service consistency, and overall property presentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, horticulture, in a related field or a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture.
  • Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, edging, weed management, mulching, shrub pruning, hedge trimming, and overall site presentation.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, diseases and pest control
