Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience to their team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to spot details others miss and genuinely enjoys client interaction.

- Work directly in Power Broker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.
- What We’re Looking For
- RIBO license is required.
- 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.
- Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
- Comfort with Power Broker
