At least five years of UX or product design experience Significant financial-services or digital banking design experience Portfolio showing individual end-to-end product design ownership Strong Figma, interaction design, and responsive design skills Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines Bring financial-services knowledge, Figma expertise, and end-to-end product design leadership to Canadian digital banking engagements.
