This consultant serves as a subject matter expert in Veeva Quality and electronic document management systems. The work covers document governance, training compliance, Quality Management System processes, and regulatory inspections. Collaboration spans Regulatory Affairs, Quality, CMC, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Writing teams. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee controlled document creation, review, approval, and archival Support global GxP compliance and mitigation strategies Prepare regulatory inspections involving FDA, EMA, and MHRA Manage role-based GxP training governance and completion monitoring Improve QMS workflows, templates, and governance practices Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or technical field At least eight years in regulatory, quality, or GxP functions Hands-on Veeva Vault or comparable eDMS experience Strong FDA, EMA, ICH, and global GxP knowledge Experience supporting inspections, audits, and compliance findings Apply controlled document management, Veeva Quality knowledge, and GxP expertise to strengthen compliant pharmaceutical operations across Canada.
