- Track assignments using Plunet project management tools
- Monitor progress, quality, finances, and deadlines
- Respond to clients and resolve freelancer issues
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service
- Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes
- Practical knowledge of Smartcat, memoQ, and Trados
- Advanced English and one additional foreign language
