This director role leads business systems supporting sales, marketing, billing, and financial operations. You will guide architecture, manage an experienced team, and remain hands-on with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Define business systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Oversee Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and revenue platforms
- Automate quote-to-cash workflows and data flows
- Lead systems implementations, integrations, and migrations
- Establish governance, controls, and release management
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of relevant business systems experience
- At least 4 years leading teams
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
- Subscription billing experience with Zuora or similar
- Canada-based and able to work remotely
