As an AI Support Operations Specialist, you will manage an AI-powered customer support agent and refine its performance. You will analyze performance data, investigate root causes, test enhancements, and configure guidance, tone, procedures, and workflows within Intercom Fin. The work connects AI operations, customer care, product development, and technical implementation. You will also coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners while reporting insights to Customer Care leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize resolution rates, answer accuracy, satisfaction, and escalation decisions
- Maintain current, reliable knowledge for accurate customer responses
- Analyze interactions, investigate causes, and prioritize improvements
- Test enhancements, document results, and measure performance impact
