Shape AI-enabled customer service operations as an Organizational Design Consultant in Canada, using technology consulting and stakeholder management expertise.
This experienced consultant will define how AI-powered capabilities integrate into a client's Genesys Cloud environment. You will assess roadmaps, business requirements, organizational structures, knowledge management, governance, and operational ownership. The work translates complex business needs into operating models, role definitions, accountability frameworks, and sustainable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess structures, responsibilities, resources, and knowledge-management capacity
- Identify gaps affecting AI-enabled customer service effectiveness
- Develop RACI matrices across the content lifecycle
- Recommend centralized, federated, or hybrid operating models
- Create transition plans covering change, training, and communications
Requirements:
- At least eight years' technology consulting experience
- Experience designing complex technology-enabled solutions
- Genesys Cloud or contact-center platform experience preferred
- Organizational design deliverables experience, including RACI matrices
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
