As an Associate Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing clinical trial quality by overseeing Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) activities. With at least four years of experience in clinical research and specific expertise in Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and ensure compliance with ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee RBQM activities for clinical studies
- Develop and coordinate Central Monitoring Plans aligned with study risks
- Support study risk assessments with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or RN qualification
- Minimum four years in clinical research, three in RBM
- Experience in Central Monitoring roles
