Mission
Reporting to operations, you will lead and organize the maintenance department.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians
- Implement a structured preventive maintenance program
- Drive ERP/CMMS usage (work orders, tracking, data)
- Analyze downtime and implement long-term solutions
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities
- Improve equipment reliability
- Establish standards and best practices
- Work closely with production teams
Your Profile
- Experience in industrial maintenance supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to structure and develop a team
- Solid technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Experience with ERP or CMMS systems
- French required
- Asset: Class C license or willingness to obtain it
