Robert Half is partnering with a well renowned organization looking to add a bilingual Accounting Clerk to their Finance team.

Responsibilities:-Generate, review, and adjust client invoices as necessary while working closely with lawyers;-Assist with accounts receivable processes and be a go-to for inquiries for internal and external questions;-Collaborate with the team to support month- and year-end closing;-Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the department.
Qualifications:- Must be fluent in both official languages (English &
French).- 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar accounting support position.- Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies in financial records.- Hands-on experience preparing, coding, and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy.- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail when managing billing and payment information.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing, and reviewing financial data.- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally when responding to internal and external inquiries.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
