YOUR ROLE: You will actively contribute to the team's various projects while serving in an advisory capacity to firm members to support decision-making and the achievement of objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include: Acting as a point of reference for compliance programs; Identifying conflicts of interest; Establishing ethical walls; Analyzing information in accordance with regulations and policies; Applying compliance procedures in various situations; Contributing to compliance-related projects.
SKILLS REQUIRED: College or university studies in law or any other field related to the position; Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, an asset; Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively; Thoroughness, attention to detail, proactivity, and analytical mindset; Discretion, respect for confidentiality, and sound judgment; Strong communication skills and excellent client service orientation; Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
