Paralegal, Civil Litigation and Construction Here is an ideal position for a paralegal who wants to put their skills to work at a law firm located in the northern part of the Island of Montreal.

YOUR ROLE: You will be working alongside a team of litigation lawyers.
Your responsibilities will include: Drafting correspondence and various procedures; Compiling and tracking procedures, documents, and commitments; Conducting legal research in various databases (Soquij, Land Register, Can Lii); Preparing files for trials and hearings.
SKILLS REQUIRED: DCS or ACS in Paralegal Technology or any relevant training; Relevant experience in a litigation law firm; Good command of French and English; Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management; Ability to work in a team and cultivate good interpersonal relationships.
