In this hands-on leadership role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, lead the maintenance team and work closely with production to ensure equipment reliability.
Mission Your Role : Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Prioritize interventions based on production needs; Lead, coach and support the maintenance team; Manage schedules and employee absences; Monitor maintenance KPIs related to breakdowns, downtime and interventions; Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments; Ensure the availability of parts and technical resources; Participate in quality, health & safety and food safety audits; Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality and food safety standards; Support the follow-up of non-conformities; Investigate recurring breakdowns and contribute to corrective actions; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
